Sila Kiliccote

Sila Kiliccote is a Senior Scientific Engineering Associate in the Building Technologies Department at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. She has been part of the Automated Demand Response team for the last few years developing demand response communication signals and building technologies that respond to these signals. The team is instrumental in drafting the Open Automated Demand Response Communication Standards which will be published in May of 2008. Her areas of interest include characterization of buildings, demand responsive lighting control systems and building systems integration and feedback for demand side management. She has a master's degree in Building Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
